(September 15, 2015, 11:54 am)My nephew is a new patient of Dr. Hill (broken leg). He has been calling for 1 1/2 weeks for a return appointment and has not received a call back He called 2 times a day and gets voicemail but no return call. I myself have left messages for Lupe & not one call back either.My nephew had to clean his surgical site himself because he has not been able to schedule a follow up. Clean out your staff and start fresh, Dr. Hill. I have been at the same job (legal sec) for 20 years. When a client/patient calls they get a call back asap.. I spoke with Cynthia (Nurse) last week regarding my nephews disability paperwork and she stated she cannot complete the disabilityportion because my nephew did not have a return appointment. Really?
